Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the LogicBoostKit website and of the verification services operated by Bacosca Iulian PFA (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader established in Bucharest, Romania. By using the site or engaging us for a pilot, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
- Bacosca Iulian PFA, Trade Register no. F40/4818/2022, CUI 46937352
- Str. Ion Câmpineanu nr. 24, Sector 1, Municipiul București, Romania
- contact [at] logicboostkit [dot] com
2. Current availability
There is no self-service product. Verification work is delivered by arrangement, beginning with a pilot. Where a signed agreement or statement of work covers an engagement and conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for that engagement.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 16 years old. If you engage us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” in these Terms means that organisation.
4. What you send us
To run a pilot you send images and a shortlist of candidate models. You confirm that you have the right to send that material to us for analysis, and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights or any licence you are bound by.
You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us only the narrow, non-exclusive licence needed to process that material in order to deliver the verification you asked for. We do not sell it, publish it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models, build benchmarks, or assemble datasets. Handling and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Model licences
Our method scores an image against model weights we hold. We honour the licence terms attached to those weights by their creators, and we will decline work that would require us to breach them. Provenance work starts with respecting provenance.
6. What a verdict is, and what it is not
A verdict is a technical measurement reported with its confidence and its stated limits. It is evidence, not a legal conclusion. In particular:
- A verdict is not legal advice, and not a determination of infringement, authorship, ownership, or fraud.
- A verdict answers only the question we accepted: which candidate on your shortlist best explains the image. It does not establish that an image is AI-generated, and it says nothing about closed models whose weights are not published.
- Where the evidence does not support a conclusion we report that it does not. An inconclusive result is a valid delivery of the service.
- Accuracy figures are published with the conditions under which they were measured. Quoting a figure of ours without those conditions misrepresents it, and clause 7 prohibits it.
You are responsible for any decision you take on the basis of a verdict, including any legal or commercial action.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- present a verdict, or any figure of ours, in a way that overstates its certainty or strips away the conditions and error bars it was delivered with;
- attribute to us a conclusion we did not reach, or imply we endorse a claim we have not made;
- send material you have no right to send, or use the service to harass, defame, or unlawfully target anyone;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security of the website or any system we operate.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its methodology, measurement records, reports, branding, and the content of this site (excluding material you send us) remain the property of Bacosca Iulian PFA and its licensors. The honesty audit and per-image reports produced during a pilot are yours to keep and to use internally, subject to clause 7.
9. Availability and “as is”
The website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Verification work delivered under an engagement is governed by that engagement’s terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- your use of, or inability to use, the website or the service;
- any decision, legal action, or commercial action taken on the basis of a verdict or an honesty audit;
- any presentation of our findings by you or a third party that departs from the conditions those findings were delivered with.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Romanian or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under them will be brought exclusively in the courts of Bucharest, Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and customers with an active engagement will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
