Privacy Policy

1. Who runs LogicBoostKit
LogicBoostKit is operated by Bacosca Iulian PFA (the “Controller”), a sole trader (persoană fizică autorizată) established in Romania (EU):
- Trade Register no.: F40/4818/2022
- Sole registration code (CUI): 46937352
- Registered office: Str. Ion Câmpineanu nr. 24, Sector 1, Municipiul București, Romania
- Contact: contact [at] logicboostkit [dot] com
This policy describes what data we handle, why, where it goes, and how you exercise your rights under the GDPR and equivalent regimes.
2. What is live today
At present LogicBoostKit is a marketing website and a verification service delivered by arrangement. There is no self-service sign-up, no user account system, and no customer dashboard in operation. Nothing on this website asks you to create an account or submit a form.
3. What the website collects
Visiting this site does not create an account or a profile. We set no cookies of our own. There are no advertising networks, no analytics or behavioural tracking, no A/B-testing pixels, no session replay, and no third-party JavaScript. Typefaces are served from our own origin, so no external font service ever receives your IP address.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which necessarily processes your IP address, request metadata, and TLS connection details in order to route and secure the request. That processing is Cloudflare’s standard edge logging; we do not maintain separate visitor analytics on top of it.
4. What we process when you contact us
The contact link on this site opens your own email client. If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message and its attachments, in order to reply and to discuss or run a pilot.
5. Pilot material
A pilot involves you sending us images and the list of candidate models they are claimed to come from. That material is processed on hardware operated by the Controller. It is not uploaded to any third-party cloud service, and it is not used to train any model, benchmark, or public dataset.
Pilot material is deleted when the pilot concludes, unless you ask us in writing to retain it. If material you send contains personal data of third parties, you remain the controller of that data and we act as your processor for it.
6. Lawful basis
- Correspondence and pilots — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- General enquiries and service security — our legitimate interest in responding to you and in keeping the site available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
7. Sub-processors
We keep this list short on purpose. Each provider has its own privacy policy and contractual data-protection terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery. Processes request metadata, including your IP address.
- Microsoft — email hosting. Receives correspondence you send to us and any attachments it carries.
There is no third-party cloud sub-processor for pilot material. No personal data is sold, and none is shared with advertisers.
8. International transfers
Cloudflare and Microsoft are US-headquartered and operate globally. Where personal data leaves the EEA to reach them, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Pilot material stays on the Controller’s own hardware and is not transferred to either provider.
9. Retention
- Correspondence — kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, then deleted.
- Pilot material — deleted on completion of the pilot, unless you ask us in writing to keep it.
- Delivery and security logs — retained by Cloudflare under its own retention schedule.
10. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) in Romania, where the Controller is established.
To exercise any of these rights, email the Controller from the address you corresponded with. We respond within 30 days. There is no self-service portal, because there are no accounts.
12. Security
Traffic to this site is HTTPS-only. Pilot material is held on hardware under the Controller’s direct control rather than on shared cloud storage. We disclose any confirmed personal-data breach to affected people without undue delay.
13. Children
LogicBoostKit is a business service and is not directed at people under 16. We do not knowingly process children’s data.
14. Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects an active pilot, we will tell the customer by email before it takes effect.
15. Contact
Privacy questions, rights requests, and breach reports all go to the same place:
